With this excellent ranking, we outperformed numerous companies that are significantly larger and better known and have much bigger recruiting teams. In our “Wholesale/Distribution” segment, we even rank No. 1 and have therefore been awarded a Gold Seal for outstanding performance.

What exactly makes recruiting at CREMER so special? We asked Jette Pauls from the recruiting team.
It quickly becomes clear that CREMER follows a clear strategy and takes a very deliberate approach to how candidates are treated. In the end, it is the combination of many small details that makes the overall experience stand out.
Jette Pauls: “Every application and every question we receive gets a prompt response from us. That may sound obvious, but today it really isn’t – and many of the people we interview tell us exactly that. Keeping response times short is something we focus on continuously. And then there are many small details we pay attention to. For example, we try not to send rejections immediately before someone’s birthday or Christmas. It doesn’t take much extra effort on our part, but it shows respect and appreciation for the person who applied.”

For the 14th time, Best Recruiters – the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region – anonymously assessed and evaluated more than 1,400 of the largest employers across the DACH region, using real applications for advertised positions.
The scientific, TÜV-certified evaluation is based on 330 criteria in 10 categories along the candidate journey, including career websites, mobile recruiting, social media, job ad quality and response times to applications.
Awards are presented by industry segment. Employers with above-average performance receive Gold, Silver or Bronze seals.
