In January 2022, CREMER OLEO acquired a majority stake in the Chinese company Jiangsu Meiaisi Cosmetics Corp. Ltd. It was founded in 1997 and operates its production facility with more than 250 employees in Suzhou/ Wujiang District.
Meiaisi is a leading developer and manufacturer of hair and skin care products in China, producing as an OEM/ ODM partner for global FMCG customers as well as its own product lines.
