My job is very diverse: local HR tasks in Hamburg meet central responsibilities at our holding company. It’s this dynamic that makes the work so exciting for me.

I help employees with all kinds of HR matters from when they join until they leave. I take care of the company pension and health insurance and handle the numbers for personnel cost planning.

At our Hamburg location, I am the first point of contact for apprentices, dual study students, working students, and interns, guiding them along the way. I’m also involved in various projects, keep an eye on HR trends, handle recruitment, and attend career fairs.
