Whether grants for childcare, part-time work or assisting dependants in need of care – CREMER supports it employees in any life situation. As a bearer of the Hamburg Family Seal, the reconciliation of family and work life is very important to us.
We also offer our employees individual part-time work agreements, sabbaticals, training leave or special leave. As a matter of course, parental leave is available to both women and men with us. Remote work from a home office is also possible for certain positions and areas of responsibilities.

Pleasant working environment
More than 2,400 employees are part of the “CREMER family”. Many apprentices make use of internal vocational courses and remain part of the team after their apprenticeship or dual study program. They all prove: CREMER makes people feel comfortable.
Our headquarters are centrally located directly opposite the Hamburg main railway station. This is why we promote the use of public transport and pay the "Deutschlandticket" for our employees.
Voluntary retirement benefit
An occupational pension scheme and an occupational supplementary health insurance are a given at CREMER. In addition, we offer our employees preferential insurance terms – for themselves and their family members.
