At our three sites in Lübeck, Falkenhagen and Überherrn, 480 qualified and committed employees produce high-quality breakfast cereals and first-class milling products for leading companies in the food retail sector and the food industry.

Peter Cremer together with Werner Fischbach founded the maize mill in Lübeck in 1966 to process grain maize for the brewery and snack industry. Today, Nordgetreide operates the most state-of-the-art cereal production in Europe - as the only German cereal producer with its own maize milling and hulling plant.

This enables the company with more than 50 years of experience to offer its customers a wide range of maize meal products – professionally produced, coordinated to individual customer requirements and in organic quality.
