A central competence center for fermentation media
Within the CREMER Group, FermBase acts as a central competence center. An interdisciplinary team connects CREMER’s strengths in sourcing, production and global supply chain management, and complements these with application-focused know-how for next-generation and precision fermentation. The goal is to provide fermentation companies with practical, economically viable and scalable solutions.

Initial customer projects in alternative proteins, precision fermentation and industrial biotechnology have already been successfully launched.
